1. 我們收集哪些資料？

本 App 不要求註冊/登入。在一般使用情境下，本 App 不會向你義務可識別個人身分的資料。

本 App 主要在你的裝置上保存以下資料，用於提供功能：

• 抽到的「今日之茶」與「茶日記」記錄（例如日期、茶名、茶語）
• 你的收藏清單（收藏的茶/特調茶解鎖狀態）
• 茶葉收集數、連續打卡等進度資料
• 設定選項（背景、日夜模式、音樂/音效開關和音量）
• Widget 顯示所需的同步資料（通過 App Group 在本機共享）

2. 資料如何使用？

上述資料僅用於：

• 顯示你的抽茶結果、茶圖鑑內容、泡茶模式與冪想室體驗
• 記錄你的收藏與進度（特調茶解鎖、茶葉收集、連續天數等）
• 提供 Widget 顯示「今日之茶」等資訊
• 保存你的偏好設定，以便下次開啟時繼用

3. 資料會傳到伺服器嗎？

在未額外說明的情況下，本 App 的資料預設僅儲存在你的裝置上，不會上傳到我們的伺服器也不會與第三方共享。

若你未來啟用雲端同步/登入功能，我們會更新本政策並在 App 內告知。

4. 第三方服務

目前本 App 不使用廣告追蹤，也不會將你的資料用於跨 App/跨網站追蹤。如果未來加入第三方分析或其他服務，我們將在本政策中更新並清楚標示。

5. 權限使用

本 App 可能使用以下系統能功：

• 相片/分享：當你使用「分享圖片」功能時，系統會開啟分享面板；本 App 不會在未組你操作的情況下自動存取相精表內容。
• 通知权限（若有）：如果未來提供提醒功能，會在需要時向你請求通知權限，你也可在 iOS 設定中關閉。

6. 資料保存與刪除

由於資料主要儲存在你的裝置上，你可以通過以下方式移除資料：

• 刪除本 App：將同時移除本機保存的資料（包含收藏、日記、進度與設定）。
• 若你有啟用 iCloud 備份，資料是否依然留在備份中依照你的系統備份設定而定。

7. 兒童隱私

本 App 不以兒童為主要對象，亦不主動蓄集兒童個人資料。如你認為我們不慈得獲不適當資料，請與我們聯絡以便處理。

8. 政策更新

我們可能會因功能調整而更新本政策。更新後將在本頁面提供最新版本日期。

1. What data do we collect?

The App does not require an account or sign-in. In normal use, the App does not request personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or address.

The App stores the following data locally on your device to provide features:

• “Today’s Tea” results and Tea Journal entries (e.g., date, tea name, tea message)
• Favorites (saved teas / unlocked special teas)
• Progress data (leaf count, streaks, achievements)
• Preferences (background theme, day/night mode, music/sfx toggles and volume)
• Widget-related data shared locally via App Group

2. How do we use this data?

This data is used only to:

• Show your daily tea, tea encyclopedia content, brewing mode, and meditation room experience
• Save your favorites and progress (special tea unlocks, leaf collection, streaks)
• Update your widget display (e.g., today’s tea)
• Preserve your settings across sessions

3. Do we upload data to servers?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the App’s data is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

4. Third-party services

The App does not use ad tracking and does not track you across apps or websites. If we add third-party analytics or services in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

5. Permissions

• Sharing / Photos: When you choose to share an image, the system share sheet is used. The App does not access your photo library without your action.
• Notifications (if applicable): If reminder features are added later, the App will request permission when needed and you can disable it in iOS Settings.

6. Data retention & deletion

Since data is stored locally, you can remove it by:

• Deleting the App, which removes local data (favorites, journal, progress, settings).
• If iCloud backup is enabled, retention may depend on your device backup settings.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not primarily directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as features evolve. The latest version date will be shown above.
